We maintain a complete international AS400 iSeries Database in-house. Our lists is generated by direct mail, telephone, fax and email solicitations as well as from previous software or hardware purchasers, contests participants, magazine subscribers, conference attendees, user group members, and other sources such as trades with AS400 Solution Providers. We offer this list from ($4.00) per site to as little as ($0.01) per site based on how long it has been since that site has been telephone verified,  whether that site has been telephone verified at all and how many you want to purchase.

We Call 3,000 companies each month to directly Telephone Verify, Update and Add to the information in our database and we record the date and the result of each call. There are many possible outcomes to each of these calls. Some of the numbers we call may be disconnected, busy, wrong numbers or nobody answers. Sometimes we are only able to reach the main switchboard or answering machine and sometimes a company may have gone out-of-business.

When we do actually reach a live person at the company we are calling we find that some of the contacts we are trying to reach have changed jobs or no longer work at that company. We also find a few companies that are now using a different system. We are usually only able to reach and qualify about 2,500 companies and contacts each month.

Mailing lists are supposed to make you money but they have to be used properly for this to happen. In fact, if you don’t get the right quality list for your particular purpose it may end up costing you money instead! With the high cost of postage, mailing to the wrong list can be an expensive and fruitless investment. You must chose the right list for what you are doing.

Because this list is made up of companies that we CALL specifically and only for you! You simply tell us your specific needs and we will research the list and verify that EVERY company you receive is EXACTLY what you order and that the contact person is still the decision maker at that company! These leads will be perfect for those situations where you absolutely, positively have to have accurate information! The quality of this list is unsurpassed by any list in existence!

Deluxe: Telephone Verified Sites (Less Than 365 Days Old) - 20,000 sites!

This list is made up of  just the companies we are only able to reach and qualify during our telephone verification process and are less than 365 days old. It contains fresh accurate leads that are pre-qualified as active buyers of AS400 products and services. This is our most popular list. It is used by a lot of major, well known, AS400 Solution Providers as well as many small to mid size companies and even a few individuals just looking for work.  This is a very good list but because some of these sites are up to one year old, a small percentage of the information may be out-of-date or inaccurate. This list is perfect for those situations where you need a good, reliable, high quality AS400 list but don't want to pay for perfection. With this list you'll spend less and send more to your target market with very few returns.

Every site profile or record in our EMAIL Database contains Company Name, Contact Name and Title, Address, City, State, Zip Code, County, Phone Number, Email Address, Industry Description,  Line of Business, SIC Code, Company Revenue and/or Number of Employees! Some site profiles will also contain, if known, the Fax Number, Web Address,  Number of IT Staff, Number of PCs, and Software used

FAX: Start using Fax Broadcasting and get fast results! -  65,000 sites!

This list is exactly what is says, it is a list of companies that use the AS400 where we have a fax number available. Each site is faxed to at least every ninety (90) days and some every thirty days. All fax numbers that don't do through and anyone who asks to not receive faxes are immediately removed from this list. That way you can rest assured that you are faxing to good accurate AS400 leads, pre-qualified as active buyers of AS400 products and services and who have no objection to receiving solicitations by fax. With this list you get Company, Contact, Title, Address, City, State, Zip+4, Phone, and Fax and in some cases an Email address, an Industry, and a Company Revenue.

TOTAL "ESTIMATED" US COUNT = 65,000 Sites.

The number and the names of the companies on this list seldom change but a few new companies are added and few others removed on a regular basis.

This list is exactly what is says, it is compiled from various sources and various lists into one large file. This list is made up of  companies we are only able to reach and qualify during our telephone verification process, companies that exceed the 365 day cutoff to be included in our Deluxe list, companies from our Email list (with full contact information), companies from our Fax list as well as companies that we have received in trade from AS400 Solution Providers that we have yet to verify. This is not our most popular list but many companies find that this list is sufficient for their needs. This is a good list but because many of these sites are over one year old and many have never been telephone verified a percentage of the information may be out-of-date and inaccurate. This list is good for those situations where you need a fairly good AS400 list and you need to get your name in front of as many prospects as possible, as quick as possible and perfection is not required. This list is made up of  companies from all the above lists. Companies that we are only able to reach and qualify during our telephone verification process, companies that exceed the 365 day cutoff to be included in our Deluxe list, companies from our Email list (with full contact information), companies from our Fax list, companies that we have received in trade from AS400 Solution Providers that we have yet to verify and companies that we tried to call but we were unable to but the result of the call was less than satisfactory (rang busy, no answer, got answering machine, got main switchboard with no way to reach the listed contact, and we reached the receptionist but the contacts we were trying to reach no longer work at that company and they would not release the name of the replacement. This list also includes all of the "suspected" AS400 sites that we have on record. Most of this list has never been verified or checked for duplication. This list contains many good accurate AS400 leads but because of the nature of this list much of the information will be out-of-date or inaccurate. This list is perfect for those situations where you have the time to call to this list and verify the information before you begin your mailing. It is not recommended that you mail to this list before you verify the information. If you need to spend as little as possible, have plenty of time for calling then this list may be what you need.

The following is a breakdown of some of our most common mailing services and their prices and assumes that the client will provide a "one page, letter sized" mail piece weighing one (1) ounce or less and envelopes with their logo and the return address already printed on them.

Setup Fee: $300.00

Fold Mail piece: $0.02 each

Apply Address to Envelope: $0.03 each

Inserting Mail piece into Envelope: $0.04 each

Match name on mail piece to name on envelope: $0.18 each

Apply Postage (Does not include cost of postage): $0.01 each

We fix poorly formatted or misspelled address elements, correct ZIP codes and append ZIP+4, plus append your records with Carrier Route and County information using address correction and geo coding technology.

We can take whatever information you have in your database about a company and match that information to our existing file. We will extract, wherever possible, whatever information you are missing, such as the company name, key contact name and title, address, phone number, fax number, system type, email address, and much more from our extensive in-house AS400-List.com national AS400 database and append that information to your existing data.
